Refund Policy

NAMAD digital products are non-refundable after download in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”.

Refunds are possible only in the following cases:

double charge;

technical payment error;

the buyer received a different file than the one paid for;

the file cannot be opened and this is confirmed by a support specialist.

Refund requests are accepted at info@namad.info within 14 days from the date of purchase.
